Day of Caring — Registration Form

Registration is $60 per person or $75 for Continuing Education Credit Professionals (a $2 service fee will be added for online registration). Payment must accompany registration so please complete all steps and obtain a payment confirmation before finishing.

Donations are tax deductible and non refundable. Luncheon seating is pre-assigned. Seminars and workshops are open seating.
